Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot modify your order once it has been finalised.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email webshop@wbbrew.co.uk immediately quoting your order number.

Can I exchange my order?

We offer exchanges on merchandise but not for beer. Please contact us on webshop@wbbrew.co.uk with your order number and item you’d like to exchange or return. All items must be unworn and in their original condition.

How do I return my order?

Please send any merchandise unworn, in original packaging and with a copy of your order invoice, stating whether you’d like to return or exchange it. Upon receiving the item we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Please send to WBB Online Shop Returns, West Berkshire Brewery, The Old Dairy, Yattendon, RG18 0XT

How much do you charge for delivery?

We currently only ship to the UK and the standard courier delivery charge is £5.99.

Delivery anywhere in the UK is FREE when you spend £50 or over.

Can I collect from the Brewery?

We no longer offer Click & Collect for online orders. If you wish to purchase something for collection, please just pop into our Shop in the Taproom & Kitchen. Open daily from 11am until the Taproom closes!

Can I collect draught beer the same day?

Please call us on 01635 767090 with your order number, to confirm that we can fulfil your order on the same day. Typically we require 48 hours notice

When will my order arrive?

You’ll receive your order within 2-5 working days after 48 hours processing. We do not deliver Sat-Sun. Any questions, please give us a shout on either 01635 767090 or email webshop@wbbrew.co.uk.

Can I use my gift card online?

Unfortunately, you cannot use any gift cards through our website. This is something we are currently looking into. You can use your gift card within the Taproom & Kitchen and Brewery Shop.
