Our second limited edition special of 2020 might be one you’ve heard of before…
To celebrate our 25th year we’re bringing back much loved favourite, Full Circle. This was originally created by co-founder Dave Maggs on the 5 barrel brewery (for comparison, we’re now on a 36 barrel brewery), to celebrate our 1000th brew and was made with hops freshly picked the day before. The name came from the idea that the brew would go full circle, from farmer to brewery and then to the public, including the farmer, who used to drink in The Pot Kiln. Half way through the brew, Dave walked in and grinned from ear to ear because of the wonderfully fresh hop aroma emanating from the brew kit.
Full Circle will be available for a limited time only in 500ml bottle and in 9G cask. We’ll be doing a tasting session in the Taproom soon, head over to our social channels @westberksbrew or join our mailing list to stay in the loop.
Smooth sweetness flawlessly blended with a subtle fruitiness and a delicate English hop aroma.
Try alongside a chicken caesar salad with avocado & smoked bacon.
Some of the old team including Dave, Helen and Griff Maggs and up until recently our longest standing team member Steve Kirby. On the left is Steve McCormack who left to brew for Wychwood and next to him is Sheila Little who used to do the books. Not pictured but part of the team at the time was Bernard the cat.
They are stood in front of our second Yattendon home after our Pot Kiln location. We are very proud to have remained in the same beautiful Berkshire village and community for the past 25 years.
