GOOD OLD BOY WELSH RAREBIT
The first in a collection of delicious recipes designed by our Head Chef Shaun Cheyney, using our very own beer.
This particular dish is available in our Taproom but we thought you might like to impress your friends and recreate it in your own kitchen and of course, serve with a pint of Good Old Boy alongside.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
50g butter
50g flour
Half a pint of Good Old Boy
1 tbsp of English mustard
1 tbsp of Worcester sauce
300g of grated applewood cheese or good mature cheddar
8 slices of quality sourdough (other bread is available)
