Apricot and lemony goodness, crisp sweetness and a dry finish with a nod to the traditional, locally brewed malty lager. Hazy and unfiltered. Vegan friendly.
Kellerbier was traditionally an unfiltered, yeasty lager from Bavaria. It was generally a local brew matured in wooden casks with active yeast. We’ve not managed to re-create all of these conditions, but this is our version of a traditional Kellerbier. Cheers!
Try with a slice goats cheese, the citrus notes will cut through the creaminess.
