RENEGADE LAGER YORKSHIRE PUDDING
These puffs of delight always seem to cause trouble in the kitchen so Head Chef Shaun Cheyney has come up with a fool proof recipe and tips to create the most delicious of Yorkie puds to go with this years festive feast. Renegade Lager is a winner with all sorts of dishes as the delicate citrus flavours don’t overpower the palate, but who knew you could also use it in the recipe as well?!
Renegade Lager Yorkshire Pudding
Servings: 6-10 depending on tray size
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
5 eggs
170g flour
330ml Renegade Lager (1 can)
Vegetable oil
Throw a little water on to the oven base before you close the door to create a little steam. This helps them rise a little more than normal.
